What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free in all EU countries for purchases over €150 (or equivalent in local currency). For purchases below this threshold, a fixed shipping fee of €15 will be applied. For the United States, Switzerland and Norway, shipping costs are always €25.

Are there any additional costs to shipping, such as customs duties and fees?

For shipments within the EU, there are no additional costs other than the shipping fee, and all prices include VAT.

Can I purchase and receive shipments from countries outside the EU?

You can purchase via the website from countries such as the United States, Switzerland and Norway.

For purchases from all other countries worldwide, please email service@michelangelotuscany.com specifying the products you require and to receive the shipping cost for your country.

Customs duties and charges may apply, as determined by local authorities. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order price. Before making your purchase, we recommend that you check with your local customs office for any applicable fees. Our company is not responsible for any additional customs-related costs.

Returns and Refunds

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt and before using it, and obtain a refund (excluding any shipping costs).

Please note: products personalized with the customer's initials or logos are never refundable.

To return the product, follow these simple instructions:

  1. Write to service@michelangelotuscany.com stating your intention to return the product, giving the reason and specifying whether you require an exchange or a refund.
  2. Place the product in its original packaging or in any type of packaging that is capable of protecting the product.
  3. Ship the package to: Nicola Delena (int. 1004), Viale Affori 19, 20161 Milano (MI) - Italy.
  4. Within 5 business days of receiving the item, MICHELANGELO will refund the amount net of shipping costs incurred (the costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer), or will send the new product in exchange.
  5. Refunds are made using the same credit card number used to purchase the original goods or by bank transfer. (in which case bank details must be provided).

Warranty

All our products come with a 24-month warranty. You have two years to report any manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover accidental damage caused by improper use. The buyer is always responsible for the cost of shipping replaced products to and from our company.

Payment Methods

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, as well as Klarna solutions.

Can I pay by bank transfer?

You can pay by bank transfer by placing your order via email. Send an email to service@michelangelotuscany.com telling us which product you want to purchase, and we will reply with the IBAN to make the payment and confirm your order.

Why does it take 5 business days to ship my order?

Our artisans will create the product once the order has been received. We have decided to avoid mass production and storing finished products in warehouses, which risks damaging the leather or altering its natural appearance before it reaches your home. We have opted to ask our customers to wait a few days longer, but we pay close attention to the quality of the product we create.

Can I have some more information about the monogram customization service?

All our products can be customized free of charge with letters and dots. We offer three different sizes: 5mm for small leather goods, 8mm for business bags and backpacks, and 14mm for duffel bags. We choose the position based on the product and previous requests, but if you would like to choose a specific position, please write in “Add note” when ordering specifying where you would like the customization, and we will let you know if it is technically feasible.

Can I purchase from a company and receive an invoice?

Orders must be placed by email at service@michelangelotuscany.com, specifying the product you wish to purchase. The entire procedure will be carried out via email. In the case of purchases made using the shopping cart on the website, VAT refunds will not be issued.

I have a physical store. Can I sell MICHELANGELO products?

Write to service@michelangelotuscany.com explaining your intentions and your project, and we reserve the right to choose who to collaborate with based on various factors.
